Before the employer is implemented into the BancNet EDI System (BES) Live / Production Mode for actual transmission of the files to the SSS, the following activities should be met:

1. Accomplish and submit BES Enrollment Forms

• Enrollments are coordinated through the Depository Bank Coordinator
• The guidelines in accomplishing the forms are in the BES Orientation Hand-out
• The required forms are:
• BES Enrollment (BancNet Form COG-06)
• SSS R-7 Form

2. Attend user orientation / training

3. Configure workstation (PC)

• The procedures and parameters needed are in the BES User Manual
• Additional programs (i.e. EPF/MCL file generators may be provided by the Bank)

4. Get Test User ID

• The Employer can contact the Depository Bank Coordinator for the User ID

5. Conduct User Tests

• The Test Site is: http://vanserver.bancnetvan.net
• The basic User Test Cycle procedure is in the BES User Orientation Hand-out
• The Employer coordinates with the BancNet EDI Coordinator for the tests / simulation

6. After successful completio of the basic tests, call or email BancNet for your confirmation/intent to go on Prod uction/Live mode.

7. Get Production User ID

• The Employer can contact the Depository Bank Coordinat or for the User ID

8. Go Live! (The production site is http://www.bancnetvan.ne t)
